The Turkish Bath, Sauna and Jacuzzi are temporarily out of servisse due to the pandemic situation, however the Indoor Pool is available, being free for hotel guests. If you are not staying at the Hotel PortoBay Falésia you can use the pool if you book a ritual at the spa.
Can I book if I have a physical health condition?
Of course, yes. We kindly ask you to inform us of any health conditions, allergies or injuries that may affect your choice of ritual when booking. Some treatments may not be suitable for clients with certain conditions.
I am pregnant, is there any contraindication?
If you are pregnant, we also ask you to give us this information, as there are some treatments that are not advised and others that are specific for future moms or who are still breastfeeding. Please allow our team to help you choose the most appropriate treatment.
