Birthday vouchers can be purchased at the reception of each spa or just a click away, without leaving your home, through our Online Store.
What experiences can I offer with a birthday e-voucher?
You can offer all the rituals of massages, facials and / or body treatments that are available in each of our spa units. But for this special date we created the Happy Birthday Massage, with combined relaxation techniques so you can offer as a voucher at any of our Spas.
Are there more massages for men and others for women?
It is a matter of personal taste, but as a rule, most men prefer deeper massage, which work more at the muscular level, such as deep tissue massages, hot stones and for women you can choose facial treatments, aromatherapy massages or massages with skin exfoliation.
What are the payment methods?
You can pay for your purchase at an ATM or through your homebanking, or with the PayPal service.
How do I receive the e-voucher?
After making the payment, you will automatically receive your voucher in the email you have indicated during your purchase, which can be yours or the recipient of the voucher.
How long is the voucher valid for?
For anniversary offers, vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or refunded if not used with the validity period.
Are you not sure what experience you have on your voucher?
The experience you have on the voucher may be a campaign we had at some point, in which case it may not appear on our website. If this is the case, please contact us by email: geral@topspa.pt and you will be informed about the experience you have on your voucher.
Is booking necessary?
Yes. To experience your Birthday voucher, you will need to contact the reception of your favorite spa, as you can select another spa to be able to use your voucher. Contact can be made by phone or email to check availability. We encourage you to do it in advance in order to guarantee the desired day and time.
