WHAT ARE THE ACTIVITIES?
Some of this program activities include unlimited access to our fitness centre where you can do your practice, using our advanced cardio equipment. The hotel is surrounded by magnificent landscapes, green fields and mountains. Perfect place to go for an early morning walk and breathe pure and clean air.
Yoga and meditation classes are included to help rejuvenate the body, calm the mind and help to heal the spirit through a greater sense of awareness. We will create bespoke classes based on your practice experience, however they will include the most important principles of the Yoga Philosophy – (Dhyana) Meditation, (Asanas) Postures and (Pranayama) breathing techniques.
Ana Matos (Coach & Especialista em Nutrição)
Functional nutrition certified and healthy lifestyle. Various coaching and nutrition certifications – “Food, nutrition & environment- the science of why we eat matters” (Harvard Medical School). Author of “Happy food for happy people”. Provides consultations on nutrition for a healthy living, delivers workshops for a diet transformation, and is a speaker on wellness and integrative medicine.
Ana Matos will be doing a body analysis, to understand your organs, systems, vitamins, minerals and hormones, associated
with your stress levels, sleep time and lifestyle with a Quantum biofeedback reading. Ana will be explaining everything you need to know about your body and health and how can you live a balanced diet and life. Your meals are carefully prepared with handpicked local produce, cold pressed oils and whole food season and superfoods to allow a liver/ colon detox. There will be lectures that address topics like one’s relationship with food, brain fitness, healthy eating on the go and maximizing your metabolism.
