We traveled to Thailand to bring you the best of Thai therapy, through the Ytsara brand, with 100% natural products. We continue this journey through Southeast Asia through the Sundãri brand, which will bring you a perfect balance between body and mind. To complete our range of treatments, we use the luxury facial brand Linda Meredith, known for the advanced formulas of its cosmetics and legendary facial treatments. Mandalay Spa is located in the beautiful Evolutee Hotel of the Resort Royal Óbidos, close to the Óbidos Lagoon. If you come by car, you will be able to park for free in the vicinity of the hotel.
From Monday to Sunday - 10 am to 7 pm.
We ask that you make your reservation in advance. Reservations are subject to availability, however, we will do everything in our power to respond to your request. For clarifications and bookings of rituals, you should contact the spa reception, by phone: (+351) 262 240 244 (Call to national fixed network) or by email: royal.obidos@mandalay-spa.com. You also have the possibility to book the desired ritual through our website.
It is our goal to ensure that there are no barriers to the use of Mandalay Spa Royal Óbidos by customers with reduced mobility.
Of course! Mandalay Spa Royal Óbidos has available to its customers two ways to obtain exclusive benefits. The Spa Card, a rechargeable card every month with alot of associated benefits such as: Happy Hour discounts, products, packs, vouchers, birthday massage offers, among others. And Membership modalities with specific conditions, specially designed for those looking for the spa due to its facilities such as: swimming pool, sauna, Turkish bath, among others. Thinking of the little ones, we created a Kids Hour so that they can enjoy the spa facilities, under the supervision of their guardian. Kids Hour is from 10 am to 12 pm and from 3 pm to 5 pm.
We will be happy to spend a whole day in your company. We designed a set of dayspa programs, for different needs and preferences, so that you have a pleasant day at Mandalay Spa Royal Óbidos.
The Turkish Bath and Sauna are temporarily out of service due to the pandemic situation, however the Indoor Pool is available. Access to infrastructures is included when booking a spa treatment or if you are a guest at the Evolutee Hotel. If you do not want to book any treatment, you can also the facilities with a payment of € 25.
We recommend that you always arrive at least 20 minutes before the scheduled time for your ritual. You will then have time to complete the health questionnaire and enjoy the spa's unique facilities. Late arrivals may limit your experience. We also inform that the non-appearance or cancellation without 8 hours notice implies the payment of 100% of the experience.
Yes. In fact, there are cases in which treatments have to be adapted. If you suffer from any physical condition, allergies, injuries, if you are pregnant or breastfeeding, among many other cases. It is essential to inform the spa reception of some of these factors. Other details can be customizable: the level of light, room temperature and pressure of the massage. The therapist will ensure maximum comfort, covering all areas not subject to treatment.
We inform you that for your maximum comfort, a locker will be provided with a bathrobe and slippers to make you feel more comfortable. If you plan to use the spa facilities such as the swimming pool, Turkish bath and sauna, we recommend that you bring a bathing suit and cap.
