What experiences can I offer on an e-voucher?
Most massage, facial and / or body treatments rituals can be done in our double room – for two. Our spas have thought of the best romantic offers to be enjoyed by two.
Do vouchers have to be for 2 or can I offer them only to someone else?
Experiences suggested only as a rule to be carried out together. However, you can choose your favorite spa and choose the best-selling massages (best-sellers) for individual offers on the voucher page.
What are the payment methods?
The payment of your voucher can be done at an ATM, in homebanking, or with the PayPal service.
How do I receive the e-voucher?
After making the payment, you will automatically receive your voucher in the email you have indicated during your purchase, which can be yours or the recipient of the voucher.
How long is the voucher valid for?
Vouchers are valid for 1 year from the date of purchase and cannot be extended or refunded if not used with the validity period.
Are you not sure what experience you have on your voucher?
The experience you have on the voucher may be a campaign we had at some point; in which case it may not appear on our website. If this is the case, please contact us by email: geral@topspa.pt and you will be informed about the experience you have on your voucher.
Is booking necessary?
Yes. Prior reservation is essential. Contact the reception of your favorite spa, as you can select another spa within our group to be able to redeem your voucher. You can contact us by phone or email. We encourage you to do it in advance to guarantee the desired day and time.
