A daily facial routine at home is essential to nourish and revitalize the skin.
Caring for your facial skin involves addressing specific needs that can be met with specialized solutions.

In addition to spa treatments, which target the deeper layers of the skin, you can also adopt basic skincare steps and maintain a routine at home to care for your facial skin.
Daily Skincare Steps for At-Home Care
Maintaining skincare at home is essential for healthy skin. For those with time, it's possible to have a more extensive routine, including additional steps like applying essences (specific to the skin), masks, antioxidants, and vitamins.
However, even for those with less time, a more compact list of steps can still effectively care for your skin, keeping it beautiful and healthy.
Include the following steps in your routine twice a day:
Thoroughly cleanse your skin
Start with a double cleansing method. Use a cleansing milk to remove the superficial layer of the skin, including makeup, sunscreen, and excess oil.
Next, apply a gel cleanser to deeply remove impurities, ensuring your skin is thoroughly clean.
Use a toner
To complement the cleansing process, use a toner to help balance the skin's pH levels and enhance hydration.
Apply a serum
The application of a serum can target different goals according to each skin’s needs: increasing radiance, boosting hydration, reducing oiliness, or preventing wrinkles, depending on the specifics of each individual.
Use an eye cream
For the delicate and sensitive skin around the eyes, include an eye contour cream in your beauty routine. Apply gentle circular motions from the outer corners to the inner corners of the eyes using your ring finger to activate blood and lymphatic microcirculation, reducing dark circles and puffiness.
Apply a moisturiser
To finish, use a facial moisturiser to nourish the skin in the morning and a night cream to regenerate it fully. The moisturiser is responsible for nourishing the skin and preventing water molecules from escaping.
Exfoliate and hydrate regularly
In addition to the daily routine, you should also, 1 to 2 times a week:
- Exfoliate the skin to remove dead cells;

Use sunscreen
The skincare routine should be done twice a day: in the morning and at night. During your morning skincare steps, always remember to finish with the application of sunscreen with SPF 30 or higher.

Deep Cleansing for Professional Skin Care
